Private lessons with a qualified snowboard instructor (Diplom-Snowboardlehrer) – for children, teenagers and adults.
I have been on a snowboard since the early days of snowboarding and have been teaching guests in Kitzbühel for decades. In private lessons I adapt entirely to your pace – patient, safe and with lots of fun.
Many people think of snowboarding as constantly sitting down and bending over to close the bindings. That’s no longer necessary: with step-in bindings such as the Nidecker Supermatic or Burton Step On, you get in and out standing up. Brand new is the Pro Standard quick-release button for both systems: mounted on the rear binding, a pull (Supermatic) or a push (Step On) on the button is all it takes to step out. I tested the system as a product tester before it came onto the market and I’m happy to advise you on which binding suits you. Ideal for returning riders and anyone who likes snowboarding the comfortable way.

Children and teenagers learn to snowboard safely with me in a short time – in a child-friendly way and with lots of fun. I recommend starting from about age 8, individually also earlier. Your child doesn’t need to be a perfect skier first: many skills transfer from one sport to the other, and snowboarding won’t make anyone forget how to ski.
Once the children ride confidently and handle red runs well, families can be out together: the children snowboard with me, the parents are accompanied skiing, and at lunchtime the whole family meets up at the hut.
