This website is hosted by Futureweb GmbH, Innsbrucker Straße 7, 6380 St. Johann in Tirol, Austria. When you access it, the server automatically stores technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system). This is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after a short time. A data processing agreement is in place with the host. The connection is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
If you contact me by phone or email, I process your details (e.g. name, contact details, preferred dates, number and level of participants) to answer your enquiry and arrange the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no booking results, the data is deleted once no longer needed. Invoice data is kept for the statutory period (§ 132 BAO, seven years).
Technically necessary cookies, in particular to store your cookie choice, are used on the basis of § 165(3) TKG 2021. Statistics cookies are only set with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). I use the WordPress plugin Complianz to manage consent; your choice is stored in a cookie on your device and no data is transferred to Complianz. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings button at the bottom of the screen; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
With your consent I use Google Analytics 4 of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to analyse the use of this website statistically. Information such as pages visited, time spent, device, browser and approximate location is processed; IP addresses are not stored in Google Analytics 4. I use Google Consent Mode: without your consent no analytics cookies are set or read. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists. Fonts are stored locally on the server; no data is transmitted to Google Fonts. Links to external services (e.g. Facebook, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Kitzbühel Tourism) are simple links; data is only transmitted when you click them.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Please contact christian@meier.info. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
